Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No Show clients are subject to the full charge of the appointment. Clients with a package/membership will be charged a session if the policy isn’t followed. These policies are in place, so we can be sure to accommodate all of our clients appointments with a stress free & timely manor. REFUND POLICY: While we make every effort to make our clients as happy as possible, all service sales are FINAL. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused sessions for individual services or service packages. CHILD POLICY: While we love children, we unfortunately can not have children who are not receiving services wait in our lobby area. We do not have the personnel to watch them during appointments and we want to respect other clients who visit us to relax. Please respect our spa and clients by leaving your little ones at home. If something comes up with childcare please call us in advance, so we can reschedule your appointment. Thank you!
