At Below Zero, we value your time and ours - If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. •Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee. •No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Clients with a package/membership will be deducted a session if any of the policies aren’t followed. LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time for your appointment - If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. These policies are in place so we can accommodate all our clients’ appointments in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! REFUND POLICY: We make every effort to ensure our clients are happy with their results. However, all service sales are FINAL. As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds on any used or unused sessions for individual services or service packages. CHILD POLICY: While we love children, we unfortunately cannot have children who are not receiving services wait in our lobby area. We do not have the personnel to watch them during appointments and we want to respect other clients who visit us to relax. Please respect our spa and clients by leaving your little ones at home.
