Please cancel or reschedule appointments within 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time - Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment - “No Show” clients are subject to the full charge of the appointment. Clients with a package/membership will be deducted a session if the policy isn’t followed. Please arrive to your appointment on time - If you’re more than 15 minutes late and no notice was provided your appointment unfortunately will be canceled. These policies are in place, so we can be sure to accommodate all of our clients appointments in a timely manner. REFUND POLICY: We make every effort to make our clients as happy as possible, but all service sales are FINAL. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused sessions for individual services or service packages. CHILD POLICY: While we love children, we unfortunately can not have children who are not receiving services wait in our lobby area. We do not have the personnel to watch them during appointments and we want to respect other clients who visit us to relax. Please respect our spa and clients by leaving your little ones at home.
